A healthcare laboratory in Central Kentucky is hiring Medical Laboratory Technicians / Medical Technicians (MLT/Med Techs) for multiple shifts and flexible schedules in a stable hospital environment.

Location: Lexington/Georgetown area+ surrounding areas

• Perform routine clinical laboratory testing

• Run core lab procedures (chemistry, hematology, urinalysis)

• Maintain lab instruments and quality control standards

• Report accurate patient results in a timely manner

• Support physicians and clinical teams in patient care

• MLT (ASCP) or equivalent certification preferred/required
\n
• Hospital or clinical lab experience preferred
\n
• Strong generalist/core lab background preferred
\n
• Blood bank experience a plus
\n
• Detail-oriented and reliable team player
