When: July 2, 3, 6, 9, 12, 16, 23, 26, 29

Shift: 7am to 7pm

Duties: Primary Care, Urgent Care
\n
\n
Duties: Experienced FNP or PA for family practice clinic - ages 2 and up, EPIC experience helpful, familiar with procedures, women's health, must be willing to comply with mask/PPE requirements.

Active Utah license
