FNP or PA needed in Hornell, NY

About the Position:

We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with pediatric experience to join our team in Hornell, NY.

Clinic Schedule :

\n
• Monday: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM
\n
• Tuesday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
\n
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
\n
• Work alongside two other APPs in a collaborative environment - 36 - 40 hour work week
\n

Responsibilities:

\n
• Work closely with an MD/DO to lead the care team in medical decision-making
\n
• Conduct history & physical exams (HPI)
\n
• Diagnose conditions and develop personalized treatment plans
\n
• Prescribe medications following New York State guidelines
\n
• Perform minor surgical procedures
\n
• Provide patient education and referrals for specialized care as needed
\n
