\n\nWhat you will do:
\nMaintain, repair, install, and program Conventional and Addressable Fire Alarm, Access Control, CCTV, Intrusion, Nurse Call, and other related building systems products.
\n\nHow you will do it:
\nKnowledge of test equipment to include multi-meters, digital analyzers, battery analyzers, frequency meters, decibel meters and communication devices.
\nCapable of performing physical labor to include carrying and moving equipment and tools weighing up to 40 pounds.
\nAble to work in unusual and sometimes difficult positions such as climbing a ladder, scaffolding, working within ducts, crawl spaces above ceilings, etc.
\nRead and interpret blueprints, diagrams, submittals, specifications, software/systems, programs, schematics and operation/product manuals.
\nPerform inspections and installation activities on electronic fire systems.
\nOvertime/Overnight stay may be required during busy project schedules.
\n What we look for:Preferred:Minimum three (3) years of experience in the Fire Alarm or Integrated Security Systems maintenanceLow voltage electrical installation experienceIT and Networking experience.\n\nRequired:
\nHigh School Diploma or Equivalent
\nStrong oral and written communication skills.
\nExcellent customer interaction skills.
\nDemonstrated ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
\nAbility to troubleshoot and make repairs, unaided by management.
\nSelf-starter needed that can work with minimum supervision.
\nPass criminal background check and drug test.
\nHave a valid driver’s license and a driving record that meets company requirements.
\nBe able to obtain and retain any licenses that are required by National, State and Local codes.
\n\nHIRING HOURLY RANGE: $21.92 - $30.14 hourly (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) This position includes a competitive benefits package. The posted salary range reflects the target compensation for this role.
