\nWe are seeking an Orthopaedic Hand Surgeon to join our established private practice with strong regional demand and immediate volume. This is a unique opportunity to build a sustainable, well-supported upper extremity practice within a respected organization that has served the community for over 40 years.

- General Orthopaedic Call \n

- Distal humerus to fingertip surgery \n
- Simple and complex fracture care \n
- Arthroplasty and arthroscopy \n
- Tendon and nerve repair/transfers \n
- Bread-and-butter hand procedures (carpal tunnel, cubital tunnel, trigger finger) \n
- Optional shoulder arthroscopy and arthroplasty based on interest \n
There is significant demand for hand and upper extremity services in the region, offering strong volume potential and long-term career stability, and regular Workers Compensation cases.

Education & Qualifications
\n- \n
- BC/BE in Orthopaedic Surgery and Hand Surgery \n
- Fellowship-trained in Orthopaedic Hand Surgery \n
- Eligible for or holding a valid Alabama medical license \n
- Excellent communication skills \n
- Patient-focused, collaborative team player \n
