Holy Cross Medical Group has an exciting full-time opportunity for an experienced Pain Management Physician to join our growing team in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. This position is part of a multidisciplinary Spine & Pain program, offering a highly collaborative environment alongside Neurosurgery, Orthopedics, Physical Therapy, and Behavioral Health. The selected candidate will be based out of the Orthopedic Center in Fort Lauderdale.

We are seeking a physician who is passionate about delivering comprehensive, patient-centered pain care while helping to shape and expand a high-performing Spine & Pain program.

Candidate Requirements & Experience

• Fellowship-trained in Pain Management, including medication management
\n
• 5+ years of independent practice experience preferred
\n
• Demonstrated success in building or maintaining a procedural pain practice
\n
• Balanced clinic + procedural schedule with focus on access, productivity, and throughput
\n
• Opportunity to help grow and shape the program, with potential leadership involvement
\n
• The ideal candidate will bring expertise in a broad and advanced procedural portfolio, including:
\n
\n
• Epidural injections
\n
• Radiofrequency ablations
\n
• Joint injections
\n
• Spinal cord stimulation (trials and implants)
\n
• Neuromodulation techniques
\n
• Peripheral nerve stimulation
\n
• Intrathecal pump management
\n
• Advanced spine interventions
\n
\n

Practice Model & Expectations

\n
• Balanced schedule including clinic and procedural time
\n
• Participation in a high-efficiency, access-driven care model
\n
• Focus on productivity, patient access, and throughput optimization
\n
• Active collaboration within a team-based care model, including working closely with Advanced Practice Providers (APPs)
\n
• Participation in a triage and access model to ensure timely patient care
\n
