Join Our Team as an OB-GYN in Scenic Cape Cod, Massachusetts

Our organization is on the lookout for a Board Certified/Board Eligible OB-GYN to become part of a collaborative team consisting of 9 physicians, 2 Nurse Practitioners, and 5 Certified Nurse Midwives. You can choose to work within a traditional OB/GYN framework, a Laborist Model, or a combination of both. Deliveries and surgical procedures are conducted at Cape Cod Hospital, where our busy outpatient practice provides a comprehensive array of gynecological and obstetric services. With a well-balanced call schedule, gynecological backup, and a supportive staff, this role is designed to fulfill both your professional aspirations and personal life.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in a Laborist role with 14 shifts per month, alternating between 7 days and 7 nights.
• Provide in-house call coverage from 7 PM to 7 AM and 7 AM to 7 PM.
• Collaborate with a dedicated team, including CNMs, for 24-hour coverage.
• Work alongside a skilled and compassionate group of obstetricians, midwives, and maternity nurses.
• Engage in partnerships with BILH and other Boston hospitals for specialized high-risk pregnancy care and neonatal intensive care as necessary.
• Access pediatric hospitalists available around the clock.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
• Strong commitment to quality patient care and provider satisfaction.
