Key Responsibilities- Hybrid schedule from Monday to Friday: participate in half-day clinics or elective operating rooms, along with inpatient coverage.
- Provide weekend coverage, including 24-hour on-call duties with inpatient responsibilities.
- Conduct phone consultations: approximately 5 to 10 daily, with 3 to 5 during each 24-hour on-call period.
- Primarily care for adult patients, with minimal pediatric cases.
- Required to cover both inpatient and outpatient services, including active consults and rounding.
- Admissions will be managed by hospitalists, so no direct admissions are necessary.
- General adult urology expertise is essential.
- Preferred skills include robotic surgery, laparoscopic techniques, and advanced endoscopic procedures.
