Job Title: Acute Rehabilitation Physician

You will be working closely with a committed team of therapists, case managers, clinical liaisons, the unit director, and an IRF-PAI coordinator, all dedicated to your success and the delivery of exceptional patient care.
Position Overview:Lead the medical operations of the Acute Rehabilitation Unit (ARU).
Focus exclusively on inpatient care.
Commit to a minimum of 20 hours weekly to fulfill Medicare and regulatory standards for ARU functioning.
Work hours may encompass both clinical and administrative responsibilities.
Enjoy flexible scheduling options for shifts.
Participate in on-call duties from 7 AM to 7 PM, one weekend each month.
Must have completed a formal residency in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R), along with a minimum of one year in a rehabilitation fellowship or equivalent training/experience, which includes a one-year hospital internship and at least two years of managing inpatient rehabilitation as part of a collaborative medical team.
