As a vital member of our interdisciplinary team, the RN will provide high-quality nursing care to patients through direct interaction. You will ensure that patients achieve or maintain their highest possible physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and organizational standards. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient needs through continuous evaluation and adjusting care plans as necessary based on changes in patient conditions. Additionally, you will provide daily clinical supervision to Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs).
Education, Experience, and Licensure Requirements- Nursing diploma (either an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in nursing)
- Must hold a current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing in the applicable state throughout employment.
- Preferred: One (1) year of experience in skilled nursing
- CPR certification required upon hire or to be obtained during orientation; must remain current throughout employment.
- Implement and interpret departmental programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude towards patients
- Utilize reasoning skills and sound judgment
- Communicate effectively and collaborate productively within an interdisciplinary team
