We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity within our organization for a Bilingual Spanish-Speaking Family Medicine Physician to become part of a well-established practice located in Carrollton, Texas. Our primary care team is dedicated to providing a comprehensive range of services to families in the Flower Mound, Lewisville, Carrollton, and Irving regions.

Position Overview

• Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, including 36 hours of patient interaction and 4 hours dedicated to administrative tasks.
• Technology: Leverage advanced technology to streamline your workload, allowing you to concentrate more on patient care.
• Practice Environment: Join a successful practice consisting of three providers.
• Patient Care: Deliver comprehensive family medicine services to a diverse patient demographic.
• Collaboration: Work alongside a team of physicians and Advanced Practice Providers.
• Call Schedule: Participate in a shared call arrangement with one other physician and one APP.
• Documentation: Utilize the EPIC EMR system for patient documentation.
• Qualifications: Must be board certified in family medicine and possess a valid Texas medical license.
• Bilingual Requirement: Proficiency in Spanish is essential.

Compensation and Benefits

• Employment: This position is part of one of the largest healthcare systems in North Texas.
• Salary: Initial salary guarantee with a compensation structure based on work RVUs and performance bonuses.
