WinCorp Solutions is looking to hire an Associate Attorney (Civil Litigation/Insurance Coverage) for a large award-winning law firm based in Irvine, CA. JOB DESCRIPTION We are seeking an Associate Attorney with 1+ year of civil litigation experience to join our Orange County, California office. The ideal candidate will have litigation experience along with a background in analyzing complex insurance policies and handling coverage-related disputes. What You'll Do Assist with all phases of insurance coverage analysis and related civil litigation in both state and federal court. Draft coverage opinions, reservation of rights letters, pleadings, motions, discovery, and other case-related communications. Support depositions, mediations, hearings, and oral arguments, both remotely and in person. Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on case strategy, risk evaluation, and client recommendations. Communicate with clients regarding case status, coverage issues, and litigation developments. Develop practical litigation skills while building a deeper understanding of complex insurance coverage issues. What We're Looking For We are looking for an attorney who is intellectually curious, detail-oriented, and interested in developing a strong insurance coverage and litigation practice. Successful candidates will also bring: Strong research, writing, and analytical skills. A collaborative approach to working with partners, associates, paralegals, and law clerks. Professional verbal and written communication skills. The ability to manage assignments independently, take ownership of work, and meet deadlines. A diligent, proactive attitude and a genuine interest in learning.
