COMMERCIAL PROJECT SUPERINTENDENT

Southwood Building Systems is seeking an experienced Commercial Project Superintendent to lead the construction of a new elementary school in Hanover County, VA.
Qualified candidates should have a minimum of 10 years of commercial construction experience and possess strong leadership, organizational, communication, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing all daily jobsite operations
- Coordinating subcontractors and maintaining the project schedule
- Enforcing OSHA safety standards and promoting a safe work environment
- Ensuring quality workmanship and compliance with project plans and specifications
- Working closely with project management, owners, architects, engineers, and inspectors
