Job Description

We are seeking a full-time, highly skilled, and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing team in Inverness, Florida. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping individuals of all ages overcome speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders. As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, the SLP will assess, diagnose, and treat a diverse range of conditions across pediatric and adult populations.

Responsibilities

    Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders

  • \n
  • \n

    Develop and implement individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans

  • \n
  • \n

    Provide evidence-based therapy to address articulation, language, fluency, voice, and swallowing challenges

  • \n
  • \n

    Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care

  • \n
  • \n

    Educate clients, families, and caregivers on strategies to support progress outside of therapy sessions

  • \n
  • \n

    Maintain accurate and timely documentation of evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with company and regulatory standards

  • \n
  • \n

    Stay current with best practices, research, and advancements in speech-language pathology

  • \n
  • \n

    Uphold ethical and professional standards established by ASHA and the Florida Board of Speech-Language Pathology & Audiology

Qualifications

\n
    \n
  • \n

    Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

  • \n
  • \n

    Active Florida license to practice Speech-Language Pathology (or eligibility to obtain)

  • \n
  • \n

    Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred

  • \n
  • \n

    Experience with pediatric and/or adult populations preferred

  • \n
  • \n

    Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

  • \n
  • \n

    Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment

  • \n
  • \n

    Proficiency in assessment and evidence-based intervention strategies
