Locums only - Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) opportunity to work just North of Tulsa - 30-45 min

\n - Start ASAP and go for at least 3+ months possibly longer
\n - Full Time - Mon-Fri 8a-5p
\n - Must be able to see all ages
\n - 18 ppd
\n - Competitive Rate, Mileage, Malpractice provided
\n - 1099 - No benefits
\n - Must have OK license in hand, OBDNN, DEA, BLS, and all vaccinations up to date
