Job Description
\n We are seeking an Electrical Apprentice with basic hands-on experience to join a growing field team. In this role, the apprentice will work alongside licensed electricians and journeymen to support the installation of electrical systems on commercial and industrial job sites. Day-to-day work will include running and bending conduit, pulling wire, and assisting with general electrical tasks under direct supervision. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their electrical career to build practical skills, gain field experience, and work toward journeyman-level competency. The apprentice will report to a Journeyman Electrician or Foreman and collaborate closely with the on-site electrical crew.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Run, bend, and install conduit per project specifications
  • \n
  • Assist journeymen with wire pulling and terminations
  • \n
  • Support general electrical installation tasks under supervision
  • \n
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • \n
  • Follow all job site safety protocols and procedures
  • \n
  • Transport and organize tools and materials as needed
  • \n
  • Learn and apply proper techniques for electrical installation methods
  • \n

Required Experience/Skills

    \n
  • Basic hands-on experience running conduit
  • \n
  • Ability to work in an outdoor or job site environment
  • \n
  • Comfortable using basic hand and power tools
  • \n
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to follow instructions
  • \n
  • Reliable transportation to job sites
  • \n
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor
  • \n

Nice-to-Haves

  • Enrollment in or completion of an electrical apprenticeship program
  • \n
  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification
  • \n
  • Prior experience on commercial or industrial construction sites

  • Basic understanding of electrical blueprints or diagrams

Education
\n No formal education required; enrollment in a trade school or apprenticeship program is a plus but not mandatory.
