Pipefitter 2nd and 3rd Class

Job Title: Pipefitter 1-4 years experience

Location: Pascagoula, MS

Wages:

• $40-$48.00/Hr
\n
• $180.00/day Per Diem offered, if eligible
\n
• Double Time on Sundays
\n
• $1000 Bonus
\n

Shift:

\n
• Must be able to work any shift
\n

Duties:

\n
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately assemble piping systems
\n
• Fit, assemble, and install pipes using hand tools, power tools, pipe threading machines, calipers, and tube bending equipment
\n
• Conduct pipe threading, soldering, and assembly of plumbing and HVAC systems according to ASME codes & standards
\n
• Rigging pipes and components for installation or maintenance on ships or maritime facilities
\n
• Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot issues with pipelines and perform routine maintenance or repairs
\n
• Adhere to safety protocols while working on construction sites or manufacturing environments
\n

Requirements:

\n
• Minimum 1 Yrs. pipefitting experience
\n
• Basic math, reading and comprehension skills
\n
• Knowledge of the layout, fit-up, fabrication and installation of pipe, flanges and valves
\n
• Read and interpret trade drawings and/or blueprints utilizing both metric and standard measurements
\n
• Must be able to pass background check and hair follicle drug screen
\n
