Asphalt Foreperson

Gershenson Construction Co. (Est. 1977), a reputable local Heavy/Highway Construction Company, is seeking a full-time Asphalt Foreperson in Eureka, MO. Join our dedicated, family-owned team offering steady (weather-dependent), year-round union employment.

The selected candidate will direct field paving operations to guarantee site safety and product quality. You will collaborate daily with the Superintendent on schedules, budgets, and pre-activity meetings, while coordinating crew members, heavy equipment, materials, trucking logistics, plant deliveries, and compaction efforts. Responsibilities also include completing daily time sheets, safety logs, and project documentation in a timely manner, alongside mentoring and training younger, less-skilled crew members.

Applicants must have a 3-5 year minimum of proven heavy/highway construction experience. We require a self-motivated leader with strong communication skills, effective time management, a safety-conscious mindset, and a reliable, 100% drug-free record.
