Our team includes 3 amazing NPs and 1 dedicated Dietitian, all committed to helping patients create sustainable, long-term change. Were growing in our community and were looking for an advanced practice provider who matches our energy and mission.

What Youll Enjoy

• Schedule: 8:30 AM3:30 PM with office hours 85 M-Th and 8am-1pm on Friday
\n
• Patient Volume:18-20 patients/day | balanced, steady, and manageable
\n
• Call: Shared rotation with other providers (one week every 34 weeks)
\n
• EMR: eClinicalWorks
\n
• Language Bonus: Spanish is a plus!
\n
• Setting: 1 clinic site, supportive environment, team-based care
\n
• Candidates: Open to both new grads and experienced providers
