In this role, youll deliver comprehensive preventive and primary medical services to patients across the lifespan, building meaningful relationships while providing high-quality, evidence-based care.
\nPractice exclusively in a supportive outpatient setting alongside experienced physicians, APPs, nurses, and care coordinators who value collaboration and teamwork. Youll have the resources and clinical support needed to focus on what matters most: your patients.

\n- APRN: Masters or Doctoral degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
\n- PA-C (Physician Associate): Masters degree from an PAaccredited Physician Assistant program.
\nLicensure, Certification, Registration
\n- Unencumbered New Hampshire APRN or PA-C license.
\n- National certification in relevant specialty (APRN) or NCCPA (PA-C).
\n- Eligible for or current DEA license.
\nExperience
\nPrior primary care experience required.
\nResponsibilities
\n- Partner with patients to understand their health history, perform comprehensive examinations, and develop thoughtful, evidence-based diagnoses.
\n- Use diagnostic tools effectively to guide care and ensure timely follow-up.
\n- Manage a wide range of acute and chronic conditions with clinical expertise and judgment.
\n- Prescribe and monitor medications safely, ensuring optimal patient outcomes.
\n- Educate patients on preventive health and wellness to empower informed decisions.
\n- Maintain productivity standards while delivering high-quality, patient-focused care.
\n- Document care thoroughly and accurately, supporting continuity and quality of care.
