HIGHLIGHTS
\nEarn between $400k to $650+k annually
\nGenerous Sign on Bonus
\nSustainable Team-based Model
\nFull (26 weeks) or part-time (17 weeks) opportunities
\n8 hr shifts, 4pm – 12am CST or 5pm – 1am CST
\nLocal radiologists are available on-site for support. In house day team rads also rotate through evening to foster collaborative value-based culture across all shift members
\nIn house night team with cross over hours for timely sign off and load balance in critical transition hours.
\nPrimarily ER Radiology and Inpatient Cases: Make a meaningful impact by serving patients in urgent care settings.
\nEmployed model with physician governance and admin support to allow clinical practice to flourish with high job satisfaction & retention
\nCollegial environment: physician mentorship, team-based mentality, case sharing & healthy relationships with medical staff and administration who understand and support the value of rads
\nStandardized policies & procedures – QI, safety, contrast policies, ease of communicating results; modality-based standardized imaging protocols – All to reduce interruptions of workflow.
\nRemote home workstation provided with 24/365 tech/IT support provided?
\nIT infrastructure: VizAI, GE PACs, EPIC integrated EMR with PACS, Powerscribe One (incidental follow up recs automated), and multiple AI tools (RadAI, AiDOC) to support high quality and efficient workflow
\nRemote Work Supported Across Multiple States: Work from the comfort of your own home in AL, AK, AR, AZ, DE, FL, GA, IA, ID, IL, IN, LA, KS, KY, ME, MI, MO, MS, MT, NC, ND, NE, NH, NM, NV, OH, OK, PA, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WI, WV, AND WY.
\nSupport level 1 trauma centers
\nBe part of an integrated nationally recognized organization with physician-led medical group and embedded service line
\nLeverage access to DAX Copilot, an AI-powered clinical documentation tool integrated with Epic, streamlining clinical workflows by generating draft patient notes for efficient review, editing, and signature
\nExperience an environment that provides safe and equitable care for all patients

TRAINING AND/OR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
\nBC/BE in Diagnostic Radiology
\nCompletion of an accredited Radiology residency; fellowship training is welcome
\nEligible for medical licensure in Illinois
