\nWe are seeking a board-certified Cardiologist to serve as the Fellowship Director for an established, fully accredited program.

Key Responsibilities:

- 50% Clinical | 50% Administrative & Teaching Maintain an active patient care role while leading all aspects of residency program development. \n
- Residency Program Leadership Establish and oversee ACGME accreditation processes, curriculum development, and faculty recruitment. \n
- Teaching & Faculty Development Plan and provide didactic lecture schedule, provide bedside teaching, and mentor residents. \n
- Resident Recruitment & Evaluation Develop and implement recruitment and interview process, assess resident performance, and provide feedback. \n
- Program Administration Dedicate at least 80 hours per month to teaching, administrative duties, and program oversight. \n
