\nThe Work You’ll Be Doing
\nIn this role, you will:
\n- \n
- Set up and operate CNC mills and lathes \n
- Load raw materials, tooling, fixtures, and workholding \n
- Follow work instructions and setup documentation \n
- Monitor machining operations to maintain quality and efficiency \n
- Perform in-process and final inspection using precision measuring tools \n
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and production documentation \n
- Make machine adjustments and troubleshoot basic machining issues \n
- Maintain accurate production and quality records \n
- Perform routine machine maintenance and housekeeping \n
- Work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment \n
- Collaborate with production, quality, and manufacturing teams to meet customer requirements \n

- Basic math skills \n
- Ability to read blueprints and follow work instructions \n
- Strong organizational and communication skills \n
- Safety-minded attitude and willingness to work in a team environment \n
Preferred

- 1+ years of CNC machining experience, trade school, apprenticeship, or vocational training \n
- Experience operating CNC mills and/or lathes \n
- Forklift certification \n
- Experience in aerospace, defense, firearms, or OEM manufacturing environments \n
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 manufacturing standards \n
