Family Medicine - Physician - Camillus, NY

Our organization is in search of a Board-Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to become part of our established team in Camillus, NY.

You will be joining a well-resourced and collaborative outpatient practice that values innovative ideas and supports the clinical interests and passions of its physicians (within reasonable limits). Our practice environment prioritizes patient care and is bolstered by robust system resources and ancillary support.

The Primary Care Center in Camillus, located at 5301 W. Genesee Street, Camillus, NY 13031, provides routine healthcare services for adults and seniors. This includes annual physical examinations for health maintenance, work, school, or insurance purposes. The facility offers comprehensive care for illnesses, injuries, and chronic medical conditions, as well as preventive immunizations and vaccinations. Women's health services, such as annual pelvic exams and Pap smears, along with preventive health and wellness services, including cancer screenings, are also available.

• Office hours are Monday to Friday, from 8 AM to 4:30 PM.
• Shared rotational call among physicians.
• Governed by physicians with a physician-led Joint Oversight Committee.
• Encouragement for physicians interested in education and mentorship.
• Utilization of the EPIC EMR system, supported by strong clinical and administrative resources.
• Modern office environment with on-site parking available.

• New York State licensure and DEA registration are mandatory.
• Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible.
• Open to both experienced candidates and recent graduates.

Our organization provides a comprehensive salary and benefits package that includes:

• Base salary ranging from $225,000 to $242,000.
• This salary range reflects the starting total compensation and does not account for productivity bonuses, quality and performance incentives, extra shift bonuses, or other cash compensation relevant to the role. Additionally, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits from their medical group employer. Please note that this salary range is in accordance with state law and may vary based on the aforementioned factors.
• Starting Bonus: A one-time payment of $50,000 will be issued in the first payroll month following the start of employment.
• Retention Bonus: $25,000 will be paid in the second payroll cycle after the first anniversary, and another $25,000 will be payable in the second payroll cycle after the second anniversary.
• Resident compensation available at $2,500 per month.
