We are currently looking for a Board Certified/Board Eligible Cognitive and Behavioral Neurologist to become a part of our established practice in Des Moines. - Focus on outpatient clinical care.
- Engage in teaching Internal Medicine residents and medical students.

- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology.
- Completion of fellowship training in either Geriatric Neurology or Behavioral Neurology.
- Two-year income guarantee of $340,000.

Our neurology practice is a comprehensive multispecialty facility with a statewide referral network. With a team of 10 neurologists and 4 advanced practice providers, we address a wide range of neurological conditions across various specialties. We are recognized as an MS Center of Excellence by The Consortium of Multiple Sclerosis Centers. Opportunities for outreach and tele-neurology are available, and our practice includes 3 neuropsychologists who offer extensive testing services. We collaborate closely with departments such as Neurosurgery, Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, and Pain Medicine. Our commitment to clinical research is strong, and we also serve as faculty for residents in Family Medicine, Psychiatry, and Internal Medicine, as well as medical students from Des Moines University.
About Our Medical CenterOur medical center comprises four hospitals in central and southern Iowa, totaling 875 beds, along with management of 16 rural hospitals. The main facility is a Level II Trauma center with 550 beds, serving a tertiary area of 1.4 million people and hosting one of the busiest emergency departments in Iowa. We have received the Get With The Guidelines-Stroke Gold Plus Quality Achievement Award from the American Stroke Association and are certified as an Advanced Thrombectomy Capable Stroke Center.
