Essential Requirements:- Active state license is mandatory
- Board Certified (BC) or Board Eligible (BE) status required
- Availability for weekdays, weekends, and on-call duties
- Manage 10 to 20 patients daily in the clinic
- Involvement in admissions and phone consultations
- Credentialing is necessary
- DEA registration required
