The Sub-Acute and Long-Term Care sector is rapidly growing, offering excellent potential along with a flexible work-life balance (no on-call duties or weekend shifts)!

We are currently looking for a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join our team at the Hilltop Center in Hilltop, WV, with a work schedule of 32-40 hours per week.

The annual salary for this role ranges from $101,750 to $117,000.

Responsibilities

The Advanced Practice Provider will report directly to the Director of Clinical Practice and/or the Area Clinical Practice Manager. This role involves collaborating on-site with the Center Leadership Team to meet specific center goals and priorities. Additionally, the Advanced Practice Provider will work alongside the Medical Director and/or Attending Physician to deliver patient-specific medical care.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing primary and urgent care services to residents of the nursing center in partnership with other medical providers.
  • Working closely with Center Leadership to fulfill our mission of enhancing lives through high-quality healthcare and compassionate service.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate must have graduated from an accredited School of Nursing and hold a valid registered nurse license. Certification as a Nurse Practitioner is required, with a Master’s Degree in Nursing and a focus on Older Adult and/or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) specialties. Other concentrations may be considered based on experience and organizational needs.

A minimum of two years of experience working with adult or geriatric populations is preferred.

In states where permitted, the Advanced Practice Provider should possess an unrestricted professional license and DEA registration for each state of practice.

Note: Restrictions may apply based on collective bargaining agreements, state laws, and factors such as pay classification, job grade, location, and length of service. To qualify for full-time benefits, a minimum of 30 hours per week is required. Posted Salary Range: $101,750 - $117,000 per year. Bonus: $5,000.
