What We Offer * SATURDAY & SUNDAY OFF !! * COMPANY VEHICLE * $750/Week Salary plus commission * Competitive Commission Plan with uncapped earning potential * Additional High-Converting Leads for employees who excel with CRM and digital tools * Flexible Schedule – 40 hour work week * Health, Dental, Vision & 401(k) Benefits * Paid Vacation & Time Off * Family-Owned, Team-Oriented Culture with long-term career growth opportunities Responsibilities * Assist customers with selecting the right new or used vehicle * Manage showroom traffic and follow up with online customer leads * Perform vehicle demonstrations and test drives * Build strong customer relationships that generate repeat and referral business * Guide customers through pricing, trade-in evaluations, and the sales process * Utilize CRM and dealership software to manage customer communication * Work closely with Sales Managers to achieve individual and team goals Qualifications * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Self-motivated, positive attitude, and strong work ethic * Comfortable using computers, CRM platforms, email, and digital tools * Professional appearance and demeanor * Previous sales experience preferred, but not required * Valid driver’s license with a good driving record About Us Haggerty Auto Group includes Jerry Haggerty Chevrolet in Glen Ellyn, Haggerty Buick/GMC in Villa Park, and Haggerty Ford in West Chicago.
