Nurse Practitioner, Neonatology in FL

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our Neonatology team in sunny Florida. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide advanced nursing care to critically ill newborns and infants in our Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).

• Conducting comprehensive physical assessments on newborns and infants.
\n
• Developing and implementing individualized care plans.
\n
• Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests.
\n
• Performing procedures such as intubations and lumbar punctures.
\n
• Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
\n
• Providing education and support to families.
\n

\n
• Master's degree in Nursing (or equivalent).
\n
• Current valid Nurse Practitioner license in Florida (or willing to get)
\n
• Certification as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP-BC).
\n
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Neonatology.
\n
• BLS and PALS certifications.
\n
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
\n
