A Dentist is needed in West Plains, Missouri.
\n West Plains is a welcoming community in the heart of the Ozarks, known for its small-town pride, excellent schools, and affordable property values. This position is with a mission-driven community health center providing high-demand dental care to children and families across multiple rural counties.

Salary and Benefits

• $140,000+ base salary for new graduates (higher for experienced dentists)
\n
• Eligible for federal student loan repayment programs – High HPSA score

Responsibilities

\n
• Full-time, outpatient role with the option to work 4 or 5 days/week
\n
• Provide comprehensive dental care to children from birth to age 17
\n
• Well-established referral network to pediatric dental specialists
\n
• Not currently accepting new adult patients; may provide care to established adult patients
\n
• Average of 16 patients per day – bread-and-butter dentistry
\n
• Possible weekly rotation to satellite clinic in Thayer, MO
\n
• Services include, but are not limited to: exams, fillings, extractions, crowns, some root canals (no implants)
\n
• Collaborate with 3 full-time dentists and a team of hygienists
\n
• No call responsibilities
\n
• EMR system used for documentation
\n

Requirements

\n
• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program
\n
• Active or eligible dental license in the state of Missouri
\n
• New graduates welcome to apply
