Highlights:

  • Become an integral part of our team of five (5) OB Hospitalists, providing 24/7 coverage to our Family Birth Center. Our center boasts our 21, newly renovated, LDRP rooms and 2 ORs with dedicated Anesthesia support and onsite Pediatric Hospitalists for our Level II Special Care Nursery.

  • In this position, you will be responsible for providing L&D triage, ED consultation (with GYN back up always available) and provide backup to our employed midwife group, FM/OB providers, and other community delivering providers.
  • \n
  • This is a 0.5 FTE position with an expectation of working 42, 24 hour, shifts a year.
  • \n
  • This role offers a unique chance to mentor and work alongside our SRH Family Medicine Residents and outside Medical Students, contributing to their educational journey while enhancing your leadership skills.

  • Integrated EPIC EMR platform utilized system-wide throughout the organization.

Qualifications:

\n
    \n
  • Graduate from an ACGME accredited residency program.
  • \n
  • Board Certification in OBGYN is required.
  • \n
  • Minimum 2-3 years of practice experience is required.
  • \n
  • Active Washington State license or ability to obtain a Washington State license before start.
  • \n
  • Current AHA NRP certification and Electronic Fetal Monitoring certificate required before start.
  • \n
