\nThey will be solo provider - Monday - Thursday; Friday clinic is closed. \n
\n
\nClient covers all travel expenses. \n
\n
\nOutpatient Family Dental Clinic \n
\n
\nCredentialing: 2-4 weeks \n
\n
\nStart: 3/17\n
\n
\nEnd: 9/18\n
\n
\nLOA: 3 or 6 month contracts \n
\n
\nSchedule: 4 days a week Mon - Thurs. (Mon & Tues 8-6, Wed - 9-6, & Thurs 8-4)\n
\n
\nProcedures: General Dentistry - MUST See all ages - Crowns, fillings, bridges get sent out to lab, root canal therapy, peds dentistry, hygiene work.\n

\nEMR: Dentrix \n

\nLicense: WI license - Client will wait for a license! \n
\n
\nCertifications: DDS/DMD; BLS & DEA \n
\n
