About the Role\nWe are seeking a Laboratory Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day lab operations on the Day Shift with 24/7 accountability. This leadership role works closely with the Lab Director and plays a key part in ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and performance across the laboratory.

Assist the Lab Director with overall operations and strategic initiatives

Coordinate quality and performance improvement programs

Develop and manage budgeting and staffing plans
\n - \n
Establish and enforce laboratory and safety policies
\n - \n
Conduct staff evaluations and professional development planning
\n

Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related field (Master’s preferred)

ASCP certification required
\n - \n
Minimum 3 years of laboratory leadership experience
\n - \n
Experience in a multi-hospital system preferred
\n - \n
Lean/Six Sigma training a plus
\n
