The PT shall be responsible for providing a full range of Physical Therapy services including
\n assessment, treatment planning and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary environment consistent
\n with the position’s qualifications, professional practices and ethical standards.

Location: Near Golden Valley, AZ
Type: Full-time and permanent
Shift: Days
Requirements: College degree, AZ PT license, prior experience
Pay: $41/hr +
