Job Description

A San Rafael, California based client is seeking a motivated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner with five or more years of experience in primary care to fill a clinical and CMO role. An ideal candidate should be an innovative leader, should practice excellent, evidence-based patient care, and should be comfortable treating all ages. This role is in an FQHC facility that serves San Rafael, Marin County, and Northern California.

Required Qualifications

• CA NP or PA license

• CA DEA certificate before start date

• CPR certification
\n
• Board certified in field
\n
• 5+ years of experience
\n

Responsibilities

\n
• Provides medical direction and administration for all Health Center functions
\n
• Oversees and supervises the Director of Clinical Compliance and medical providers
\n
• Serves as a primary care provider 20 hours per week
\n
• Leads standardization and integration of services between all Ritter patient-facing programs
\n
