Full-time or Part-time Opportunity in Redwood City, California

Our organization is on the lookout for a dedicated general OB/GYN to join our expanding practice in Redwood City, situated in the vibrant San Francisco Bay Area. Our current team consists of 5 OB/GYNs, 2 GYN specialists, and 3 Nurse Practitioners. We provide services at Sequoia Hospital, which features a Level 2 NICU.

Practice Overview:
  • Comprehensive obstetrical care, including management of high-risk pregnancies.
  • A collegial, physician-led environment.
  • Outpatient and hospital-based OB/GYN care with a focus on collaboration.
  • Our board-certified physicians prioritize personalized, high-quality care.
  • We cherish the relationships built with our patients, aiming for consistent one-on-one care throughout pregnancy.
  • Typical patient load: 15-20 patients daily.
  • Average delivery rate: 8-12 deliveries monthly.
  • All deliveries occur at Sequoia Hospital, supported by a dedicated anesthesiologist available 24/7 for labor and delivery, along with 24-hour neonatology and pediatric hospitalist services.
  • On-call schedule is 1:6.
  • Strong ancillary support with 2 RNs assisting our providers.
What We Offer:
  • A 2-year base salary guarantee of up to $400,000 (for 1.0 FTE), working 4 days a week.

Qualifications:
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
  • Valid medical license to practice in California.
  • Completed residency in OB/GYN.
