Our organization is proud to operate a leading hospitalist program dedicated to women's health, serving two prominent hospitals in the Las Vegas/Henderson region. We focus on providing patient-centered, evidence-based care, emphasizing safety, quality, and exceptional customer service.

As we redefine the landscape of women’s health, we are excited to expand our team at Hera Women’s Health, a national collaborative practice committed to advancing the future of women’s healthcare. We are currently seeking talented OBGYN hospitalists to enhance our already impressive team. In our innovative model, you will collaborate not only with fellow hospitalists and practicing OBGYNs but also with one of the largest Maternal-Fetal Medicine (MFM) practices in the nation. Our approach combines value-driven results with efficient protocols to ensure superior outcomes for both mothers and their babies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver comprehensive obstetric care to patients of all ages.
  • Maintain the highest standards of quality and patient satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with our local MFM practice for 24/7 support.
  • Engage in teaching opportunities for residents and hospital staff.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development initiatives.
What We Offer
  • Competitive shift rates ranging from $1,650 to $2,090 for 2026 shifts.
  • Holiday shift differential of $540.
  • Sign-on bonus of $75,000.
  • Performance and collection bonuses, including a "Catch Bonus."

  • Full-time schedule of 10 to 12 twelve-hour shifts monthly.
  • Opportunities for continuous learning, including certifications in fetal monitoring and basic OB ultrasound skills.

Requirements
  • Medical degree from an accredited institution.
  • Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in OB/GYN.
  • Valid medical license or eligibility to obtain one in Nevada.
  • Demonstrated experience as an OB/GYN physician.
  • Exceptional clinical skills with a focus on compassionate patient care.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a team-oriented mindset.
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and professional growth.
