  • Full-time Employment: This role involves providing services at our clinics in Davenport and Silvis, with shared on-call responsibilities.
  • Competitive Salary: Enjoy a base salary guarantee of $800,000 for the first two years, transitioning to $600,000 plus wRVU in the third year.
  • Sign-On Bonus: A $150,000 commencement bonus is available.
  • Loan Assistance: Educational loan support is negotiable, with eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness.
  • Relocation Support: We provide a relocation allowance of up to $15,000.

Qualifications
  • MD or DO degree.
  • Board Eligible/Board Certified in Hematology/Oncology.
  • Ability to secure and maintain an unrestricted medical license in both Iowa and Illinois.
  • Current authority to prescribe and administer medications relevant to your practice.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States (J-1 and H1-B candidates are encouraged to apply).
Work Environment

Our accredited MercyOne Genesis Cancer Care program, recognized by various prestigious organizations, is expanding its team. We are looking for an additional BE/BC Hematologist Oncologist to join our dedicated group of 4 physicians, 2 nurse practitioners, and skilled clinical and non-clinical staff. Our facility offers a comprehensive range of innovative treatments, advanced technology, and educational resources. Collaborative services include radiation oncology, infusion resources, genetic testing, surgical interventions (including robotics), clinical trials, tumor boards, dieticians, and cancer navigators. We operate community-based clinics in Davenport and Clinton, Iowa, as well as Silvis, Illinois.
