We are looking for a dedicated Family Medicine Residency Faculty Physician with a specialization in Obstetrics to join our team at one of our rural campus locations. Our facility, established in 1951, is situated in Manning, South Carolina, the county seat of Clarendon County. This hospital features 81 acute-care beds and is equipped with modern amenities to provide a comprehensive range of inpatient and outpatient services, including operating rooms, a fully operational emergency department, same-day surgery, and comfortable patient accommodations. Position Details and Requirements- Seeking a Faculty Physician passionate about providing comprehensive family medicine and women's healthcare, including prenatal services.
- Participation in OB call, deliveries, and operative OB procedures is essential for this rural hospital setting.
- Act as a liaison among the obstetrics, pediatrics, and family medicine departments.
- Manage your own clinic panel while mentoring residents in both the family medicine and women's/OB clinics.
- Supervise residents in the hospital, focusing on labor and delivery, newborn nursery, and postpartum care.
