Deaconess Kentucky Specialty Clinic is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Hematology/Oncology Physician to join our growing cancer care program in Hopkinsville, Kentucky. Practice Overview

- Epic EMR system for seamless care coordination \n
Clinical Responsibilities

- Evaluate and manage patients with hematologic and oncologic conditions \n
- Develop individualized treatment plans including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and targeted therapies \n
- Collaborate with radiation oncology and surgical specialists for multidisciplinary care \n
- Participate in tumor board discussions and care coordination \n
- Provide patient education and compassionate guidance through treatment \n

Compensation

- Guaranteed Base Salary: $550,000+ (based on experience) \n
- Productivity-based bonus opportunity \n
- Sign-on Bonus: $100,000 with 5-year contract or $75,000 with 3-year contract \n
- Student Loan Assistance: $75,000 \n
- Residency Monthly Stipend: $2,000 for up to 24 months \n
