Located on the Fairview Ridges Hospital campus, our providers will work with you to develop a personalized treatment plan that meets both your medical and personal needs. - Join a collaborative group of 7 Physicians and 7 Advanced Practice Providers. \n
- Affiliated with the University of Minnesota, our community clinics provide exceptional, patient-centered care along with the ability to enroll patients in leading-edge clinical trials and participates in tumor boards. \n
- Openings: 1.0 FTE (flexible schedule) plus shared inpatient rounding responsibilities. \n
- Fully integrated Electronic Medical Record (EPIC) \n

\n- \n
- Graduate of an accredited ACGME Hematology/Oncology fellowship-training program. \n
- Board eligible/certified in Hematology and Oncology with the America Board of Medical Specialties or American Osteopathic Association \n
- Licensed or ability to obtain Minnesota Board of Medical Practice Licensure \n
- Ability to obtain and /or maintain DEA certification for the State of Minnesota \n
- Meet threshold criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and Privileges \n
