As a Professional Client Account Manager / Account Lead, you will serve as the primary, high-touch liaison between major corporate clients, external trade vendors, and internal operations. This is not a passive data-entry role; you will actively own the lifecycle of commercial work orders from initial dispatch to final resolution, ensuring rigorous adherence to client cost parameters and strict corporate KPIs. We are looking for a polished, client-facing professional who can command confidence on video calls, elevate the customer experience, and potentially step into a lead capacity to help mentor the department.
