'A4; Up to $10,000 NO CONTRACT sign-on incentive for RNs

\n

'A4; Up to $2,000 NO CONTRACT sign-on incentive for LPNs

\n

'A4; Health, dental & vision benefits starting day one

'A4; Shift Differential Pay: Nights, Weekends (add Days only if applicable)

'A4; Stay Pay Program – $2/hr on productive time (24/7 bedside eligible) at 2, 5, 10, and 20 years (up to $8/hr)

'A4; LPN → RN Bridge Program Assistance

'A4; RN → BSN Bridge Program (up to $16,000)

'A4; Tuition Reimbursement up to $2,000 annually for continuing education

Qualifications:

    Required Education: Nursing Degree from an accredited school; BSN preferred

  • \n
  • \n

    License: Must have either a current RN Temporary Permit/RN license in the State of Missouri

  • \n
  • \n

    Certifications: Basic Life Support (CPR) certification through the American Heart Association

  • \n
\n

LPN Qualifications:

\n
    \n
  • \n

    Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent

  • \n
  • \n

    Preferred Experience: 1 yr LPN experience

  • \n
  • \n

    Licensure: Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program; Consideration will be given for comparable education experience and successful licensure. Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining a current LPN license within the hiring state in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all State Board of Nursing requirements

    Certifications:

      Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association or successful completion of course within 30 days of hire

    • \n

      LPN-IV Certification must be previously completed or successful completion of course within 3 months of hire
