What You'll Do
\nAs a Clinic Manager at CORA, you'll lead with purpose—making a meaningful difference in your community while guiding your team and delivering exceptional patient care.

- Provide inclusive, patient-centered physical therapy to a diverse caseload with orthopedic and neurologic needs. \n
- Create and implement individualized plans of care that drive meaningful outcomes. \n
- Track progress using advanced outcome-measurement tools. \n
- Complete thorough and efficient documentation for evaluations, treatments, re-evaluations, and discharges. \n
- Manage day-to-day clinic operations, including financial, administrative, and personnel responsibilities. \n
- Lead and support your team while fostering a strong, collaborative clinic culture. \n
- Pursue professional development through workshops, conferences, and community engagement. \n
Schedule:
\n- \n
- 45-hour work week: 35 hours treating patients + 10 hours administrative duties. \n
What You'll Need
\n- \n
- Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program. \n
- \n
- Licensed or license eligible as a Physical Therapist (PT). \n
- At least one year of experience as a Physical Therapist. \n
- \n
- A passion to learn, grow, and make an impact. \n
