Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the Blood Bank/transfusion services department
\n
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and quality standards

• Lead, mentor, and develop laboratory staff

• Manage workflow, staffing, and performance within the department

• Maintain excellence in patient care and blood product safety
\n

Requirements:

\n
• California Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS) license (required)
\n
• SBB (ASCP) certification (required)
\n
• Prior management or leadership experience in a Blood Bank setting
\n
• Strong background in transfusion services and immunohematology
\n
