Your Role as a Founding Partner & Lead Veterinarian

Leading and Mentoring Your Veterinary Team

Your responsibilities will include recruiting, onboarding, and nurturing your associate veterinarians and support staff, cultivating a team that is skilled, efficient, and motivated.

Ensuring Medical and Surgical Excellence

You will establish and uphold the hospital's standard of care, guaranteeing exceptional patient treatment while providing guidance in general surgery and dentistry.

Engaging in Business Ownership

Collaborating closely with your Hospital Manager, you will oversee the hospital's financial performance, making strategic choices that promote revenue growth and long-term prosperity.

What You Bring to the Team

• A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree and a valid license to practice.
• At least 4 years of veterinary experience, with a solid background in general medicine, surgery, and dentistry.
• A compassionate and collaborative leadership approach, capable of mentoring and developing associate veterinarians and support staff.
• An entrepreneurial mindset and a comprehensive understanding of running a successful practice.
• Previous formal leadership or management experience is highly advantageous.
