- State licensure is mandatory
- Completion of residency or fellowship is required
- BLS and DEA certifications are necessary
- Must have a clean background and medical profile
- Position starts on July 20, working Tuesday to Friday for a duration of 6 months
- Hours: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- No on-call duties required
- Work environment: Ambulatory Clinic
- Required procedures include: SBRT, IMRT, 3D, SRS
- Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system: EPIC
