What We Offer- Full-time employment opportunity, serving at our clinics in Davenport and Clinton, with shared on-call responsibilities.
- Attractive compensation package with a three-year guarantee: $650,000 for the first two years, followed by $600,000 plus wRVU in the third year, transitioning to a wRVU model thereafter.
- Sign-on bonus of $150,000.
- Eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness.
- Relocation assistance of up to $15,000.

- MD or DO degree.
- Board eligible or board certified in Hematology/Oncology.
- Ability to secure and maintain an unrestricted medical license in both Iowa and Illinois.
- Current and unrestricted authority to prescribe and administer medications relevant to your practice.
- Eligible to work in the United States (applications from J-1 and H1-B candidates are welcome).
Our accredited cancer care program is seeking an additional board eligible or board certified Hematologist Oncologist to join a dedicated team of 4 physicians, 2 nurse practitioners, and skilled clinical and non-clinical staff. We provide a comprehensive range of innovative treatments, advanced technology, and educational resources. Our collaborative services include radiation oncology, infusion resources, genetic testing, surgical interventions (including robotic surgery), clinical trials, tumor boards, dieticians, and cancer navigators. We operate community-based clinics in Davenport and Clinton, Iowa, as well as Silvis, Illinois.
