We are seeking a passionate dental hygienist who enjoys fostering and nurturing positive relationships with patients to become a part of our team! Our group of dental hygienists carries out a range of preventive dental procedures while also educating patients about oral hygiene. From routine cleanings to imparting knowledge on oral health, you will play a crucial role in assisting our patients in achieving and maintaining their brightest smiles.
Beyond technical responsibilities, the dental hygienist will be vital in instructing patients on effective oral hygiene practices and providing guidance on nutrition and its effects on oral health. We prioritize teamwork, so you will collaborate closely with the dentist(s) in your office to ensure optimal treatment for our patients. We value skilled individuals and strive to cultivate a professional environment that engages you. Additionally, we have a dedicated support team for dental hygiene, offering coaching and mentorship to our hygienists.

Responsibilities- Deliver oral hygiene services, including thorough and gentle prophylaxis, scaling, root planing, polishing restorations, and applying cavity-preventive agents such as fluorides and sealants.
- Accurately document and review patient dental histories, update periodontal health records, and securely manage patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Assist the dentist as directed.
- Administer local anesthetics, if permitted by the dental practice act.
- Control Over Your Schedule: As a dental hygienist here, you will collaborate with the front office staff to optimize your appointment scheduling. We want you to spend quality time with each patient without feeling rushed. Additionally, you will work alongside the dentist(s) and support staff to establish a strong recall program.

- A degree or certificate in dental hygiene from an accredited program and a valid state license.
- CPR/BLS Certification.
- Strong time management skills.
- Excellent verbal communication skills to interact professionally with patients and staff.
- Willingness to travel between locations is preferred.
