Job Description: Monitor and diagnose switch alarms. Perform translation configurations. Perform routine preventative maintenance on switch hardware and equipment. Diagnose and replace faulty switch packs and switching equipment. Resolve customer trouble calls related to voice and data issues. Monitor and troubleshoot trunks. Perform adds, moves, and changes.
